Altered Feral State has become an adoption partner with PetSmart in Conyers, GA and Bethlehem, GA

We are at PetSmart in Conyers, GA  for adoptions on Saturday each week from 12:00 - 4:00 

We are at PetSmart in Bethlehem, GA every other weekend - Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 - 4:00

Be a Hero...Save a Life...VOLUNTEER!!!!

 

 Volunteer Positions

 SHELTER VOLUNTEER—Care of adoptable kittens and cats at our small shelter facility. Mornings, afternoons - weekdays or weekends. We need help 365 days a year!

 
ADOPTIONS—Assist with the set-up, meeting and talking to perspective adopters, and breakdown of our adoption area at PetSmart in Conyers, GA on Saturdays or adoption follow-up.
 
FOSTER CARE– Take care of kittens and/or cats in your home on a short-term basis. Sometimes we have bottle babies or simply too many kittens to house in the shelter. (Foster locations are subject to GA Dept of Agriculture regulations)
 
TRAPPING PROJECTS— Using humane traps, help us trap , log and care for feral cats at designated locations on specific day & time.
 
TRANSPORT / RELEASE— If you have an SUV or van, then help us transport cats to and from the clinic in Watkinsville.
 
WEBSITE— Help with photographing and posting our adoptable kittens to our Petfinder & Adopt-a-Pet website or assist with maintaining feral colony data. We also need help with website maintenance and updating.
 
FERAL CAT CLASSES—Are you good in front of a group? Help us teach Feral Cat classes to the public.
 
DONATIONS & FUNDRAISING— Help us raise the funds we need for TNR and shelter operations.
